The Songwriter
John Norgaard
He released his first solo album in 1972 and has continued releasing albums ever since.
Both as a solo artist and as a member of various bands, he has toured all over the world — from Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and across Europe.
His compositions span many different styles, from folk, country, and Celtic-inspired music to vocal jazz and melodic pop. His lyrics are always poetic, storytelling, humorous, and observational.
